Someone at an advertising firm just earned their check

He did this for Absolut vodka. I have fallen right into the trap that this film was intended to be.  It's a pretty brilliant advertising strategy; Make yourself look cooler by associating yourself with a director who has credibility outside of your usual demographic in order to make yourself look cool to a new market, don't really insert your product into the actual film so people in that new group don't get all bitchy about product placement, work your product name into the title in a way that it can't be chopped in reviews or promotions (any time the film is talked about your product name and distinct spelling will always be included, give director creative freedom, release it in a viral manner so the newly targeted demographic can spread it and watch it for free (look at me, I fell for it), give the director creative freedom so it also becomes a promotional video for a relatively unknown artist (they made the paper folded costumes I just can't remember their name), call it a short film instead of long commercial to build extra credibility in the creative world.  Finally and most importantly it really is cool to watch.  Nobody
